Role modelling change for women in technology

The UK Gender Pay gap has highlighted the lack of female talent across the technology sector. All organisations have a responsibility to drive equality and equity across our industry and society, creating pathways for the next generation of diverse talent, as well as creating high performing inclusive cultures, that will enable the innovation, agility and transformation requirements of a digital world. This interactive session will share experiences of leaders of how they are enabling change and the challenges they are facing.
