Teams creates a workspace where employees can converse as large groups or smaller, private groups. Through group discussion, personalized news feed, voice and video calling, productivity applications, and the integration of information from disparate applications, people can work together to get work done faster and more efficiently. But technologies, like Teams, is only the enabler of less email, the biggest hurdle we must overcome is the cultural change that must take place.
